You don't have to be a trained artist to be creative, nor do you have to have a specific skill with years of experience. What is important is that you listen to what is calling to your soul.


Dance, colour, write, paint, bake or anything else that may interest you.  Whatever you choose to do, allow yourself to express how you feel and what you are experiencing.


When you allow yourself to be creative, you can help these energies move and flow naturally instead of staying trapped and stagnant.
