• By purchasing a reading and/or video appointment service(s), you are agreeing that you have read and accepted the disclaimer(s) on the website. There is a detailed disclaimer on each page of the currently available services.

• You must make full payment online before you can receive your reading and/or video appointment service(s). No exceptions.

• All clients must be at least 18 years old.

 

 

Code of Ethics 

 

My soul's highest calling is to support and serve others with an open and loving heart. I am passionate about seeing beautiful souls (like you) flourish, heal and prosper as you move through your journey in life. Because of this, I always intend to offer my clients guidance that has their best interests at heart. 

 

• I will always be honest and open about what I see, and I can't make promises or 100% guarantees on any outcomes. 

• I do not read Oracle cards for anybody who is not present or able to consent to the reading (i.e. a family member, a partner, a friend, co-worker, etc.). I consider this spiritual spying, and it is an invasion of another person's energy. It is also not very helpful for you and your personal development. The message(s) that come through an Oracle card reading is to support and help you. So your question should be based on you and your journey.

• I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that I cannot answer, goes against this code of ethics, or my boundaries.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for my services. Readings and healing sessions require a lot of work. When you purchase a service with me, you are paying for my time and my energy. Unfortunately, I can't get these back once your service is completed.

 

Payments for video appointments (Reiki session, The Hermit & The High Priestess Tarot/Oracle card reading) do not act as retainers or deposits. They buy you a specific time slot, and an appointment will not be carried over to a new appointment or refunded if you fail to show up for your reading. 

 

There are no refunds for any reason whatsoever (no exceptions). If you are late for a video appointment (Reiki session, The Hermit & The High Priestess Tarot/Oracle card reading), time will not be added to the end. It is your responsibility to be on time.

 

I am continually growing my practice and my expertise so I can best support my clients. If you are unsure or unsatisfied with your service, please contact me to discuss your experience.

Exclusions and Limitations

All readings and booking services offered on this website (including Intuitive Channelled Readings, DistanceReiki and Pendulum Dowsing & Intuitive Guidance) are to be used for self-development purposes. These services are not, and should never be, used as a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. I am qualified to give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Wisdom Within The Winds will not be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made by the client based on information provided during all reading and booking services. By purchasing my services, you agree to the statements mentioned above and the disclaimers on the website.

Emails sent to Wisdom Within the Winds are strictly for the agreed services and products purchased or if you signed up for newsletters and updates.
