The goal of this remote email session is to help you discover ways to balance your own chakras, so you can feel more empowered.
The chakras are spinning energy centers found along the spine. The seven major chakras include the root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye and crown. Each chakra is linked to organs within the body, emotional well-being, mental attitudes, and many other things.
They pick up energetic messages from outside of the self and then beam the information to the energy field. They also send and receive information from the Universe. That energy is then interpreted by our body - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
For our bodies to function optimally, all of our seven major chakras need to be open and balanced, allowing vital life force energy to flow through them. However, since a flood of energy is constantly coming into the chakras, they can become imbalanced or blocked over time. If these energy centers become blocked or unbalanced, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to the corresponding chakra.

The most common way to balance the human energy field is through chakra healing with stones. This balancing is done by placing crystals on the chakra centers, allowing the crystals' healing vibrations to correct any imbalances within the chakra. By connecting to the angelic realm and your spirit guides, I will channel messages connected to any chakras that are not balanced or do not have a positive flow. It's essential to remember that we all have free will and that nothing is set in stone, so what you choose to do with the information is up to you.
